The BFT COMPACTA A20-180 Photocell Sensors are original BFT infrared safety photocells designed for automatic gates, parking barriers and compatible automation systems. Supplied as a transmitter and receiver pair, the photocells create an infrared safety beam to detect obstacles across the gate or barrier opening.
The BFT COMPACTA A20-180, product code P111782, provides a nominal detection range of up to 20 metres and features adjustable optics that can rotate 90° to the left and 90° to the right, providing a total horizontal adjustment of 180°.
This adjustable design makes installation easier where opposite mounting surfaces are not perfectly aligned. The photocells support a wide power supply range of 12–33 VAC or 15–35 VDC and feature an IP44 protection rating.
