PD-132 12V for Parking Gate Barriers
The PD-132 12V Loop Detector can be connected to compatible automatic parking barrier control boards to detect vehicles approaching, passing through or remaining over the induction loop.
Depending on the barrier configuration, the detector relay can be used for automatic opening commands, vehicle presence detection, safety protection or barrier operating logic.
PD-132 12V for Automatic Gates
The PD-132 can also be integrated with compatible sliding gate and swing gate automation systems. Its relay output can provide a control signal to a compatible gate motor control board.
Single Channel Vehicle Detection
The PD-132 monitors one inductive loop installed beneath the road surface. When a vehicle enters the detection area, the metal mass of the vehicle changes the loop inductance and the detector activates its relay output.
Adjustable Sensitivity
The detector provides four adjustable sensitivity levels, allowing installers to configure vehicle detection according to loop dimensions, vehicle type and installation conditions.
Fast 10ms Detection Response
With a reaction time of approximately 10 milliseconds, the PD-132 provides fast vehicle detection for automatic parking barriers, gates and vehicle access control applications.
Adjustable Operating Frequency
The PD-132 operates within a frequency range of approximately 20kHz to 170kHz. Frequency selection can help reduce interference where multiple inductive loops are installed close to each other.
Loop Inductance & Cable Installation
The PD-132 supports a total loop inductance range from 50μH to 1000μH, with approximately 100μH to 300μH recommended for typical installations.
The loop feeder cable can be up to 20 metres long and should be twisted at least 20 times per metre to help reduce electrical interference.
